REGISTRATION
| Early Bird Registration | 13 May to 30 June |
| Regular Registration | 1 July to 31 July |
| Late & On-site Registration | 1 August to 25 August |
- An invoice will be emailed to you after registration for payment. Payment must be received by Friday, 15 August 2025
- Registrations are non-transferable and payment is required to complete your registration
- All delegates (keynote speakers, panellists, presenters, session chairs, poster presenters, exhibitors and sponsors) must register for the event
A reduced registration fee is charged per table below - Payment must be made into the IEASA bank account in South African Rand
- Please ensure that all bank charges are for your own account. Any short payments must be settled by Monday, 25 August 2025. A card machine will be available at the conference for your convenience.
- Early-Bird registration closes on 30 June 2025
- Regular registration closes on 31 July 2025
Cancellation Process
- Cancellations made by 31 July 2025 will receive 50% refund
- Cancellations made after 31 July 2025 will not be refunded
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@ieasa.studysa.org
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued via electronic bank transfer after the conference
- Please submit a confirmation of banking letter
