• An invoice will be emailed to you after registration for payment. Payment must be received by Friday, 14 August 2026
• Early bird registration closes on Tuesday, 30 June 2026
• Regular registration closes on Friday, 31 July 2026
• Registrations are non-transferable and payment is required to complete your registration
• Cancellation:
  • Cancellation by 31 July 2026 will receive 50% refund if  payment was received
  • if payment was not received 50% will be due and outstanding
• All delegates (keynote speakers, panellists, presenters, session chairs, poster presenters, exhibitors and sponsors) must register for the event
  A reduced registration fee is charged per table below
• Payment must be made into the IEASA bank account in South African Rand
• Please ensure that all bank charges are for your own account. Any short payments must be settled by Monday, 24 August 2026. A card machine will be available at the conference for your convenience.

  Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner must be selected during registration. Late additions will incur an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

IEASA is a non-profit organisation, and conference fees contribute directly to the costs of hosting the event. As such, the following cancellation terms apply:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@ieasa.studysa.org.

• Cancellations received on or before 31 July 2026: A 50% refund will be issued, provided payment has already been received.

• Cancellations received after 31 July 2026: No refunds will be issued.

  Please note:

  • If you are registered and do not submit a written cancellation, your registration will remain active, and the full conference fee will remain payable.
  • Failure to cancel in writing will result in the fees remaining on your account, and you will be liable for payment in full, regardless of attendance.

We encourage delegates to ensure that any changes or cancellations are communicated in writing within the stipulated timelines.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued via electronic bank transfer after the conference
• Please submit a confirmation of banking letter

• Access to all conference sessions
• Access to the IEASA Exhibition
• Tea and coffee breaks (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday)
• Lunch (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday)
• Welcome Reception (Tuesday evening)
• Gala Dinner (Wednesday evening)

Please ensure that you indicate your attendance for the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner during registration. This is important for planning purposes, as arrangements and catering are made based on confirmed delegate numbers, and we aim to avoid reserving space for delegates who will not be attending.
