Her background includes higher education, association and ngo leadership, grant management,  business development, partnership development, event management, international enrollment, ESL, cross-cultural communication, and training.   She strongly supports the role of international higher education in contributing to sustainable development and social justice and led the publication of NAFSA’s Social Justice and International Education: Research, Practice, and Perspectives,  Sustainability in International Education, and Creating a Path Forward: International Education, Climate Change, and Sustainability.
