Ivor Emmanuel serves as the Director of the Berkeley International Office. Prior to that he held a similar position at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign where he also earned his PhD in Higher Education Administration. He has held various leadership roles with NAFSA Association of International Educators including serving as Vice President for Professional Development and as a member of the Board Of Directors.
